What am I doing on Valentines Day
Nothing exiting. Giving love to my family and friends. It seams like things are becoming different now. I am getting to understand what I need and what I want of life and to be happy.
Music, friends, family, memory's, giving more longer hug's...more then 3 sec. Say hey to people i do not know.
Make them feel like thy are a part of something. Let things go. Become one whit your self. Let your self have that yoga moment were you let your feeling's, of every thing a round you come and pas in your maid.
