Ghetto camping outside of Thunder Bay

We took a little break to watch the latest episode of america's next top model. It's important to stay abreast of current events even when on the road...
We settled on this old parking lot outside of Thunder Bay after a few jogs down some roads where we found a killer beaver damn!(see below) The camp spot was right off the highway so a bit noisy plus there was lightning and thunder through the night but no rain!
This little beaver didn't seem phased that we were hanging around. We found it in a nature reserve off of some logging roads we weren't supposed to be driving on. We saw a truck coming so made a fast getaway down the gravel road which may have been where the new exhaust rattle came from.
Little stop over in Kakabeka falls! Cecilia said they were like a mini Niagara falls. Long ago a beautiful native princes named Green Mantle sacrificed her life for her tribe by tricking a group of european explorers to plunge over the falls to their death so that they would not discover her tribe.
Moose!
Our staple food for the trip, sardines. Annabelle's grandpa would be so proud.
